As I listen to the mind and body I create the therapeutic treatment for you, guiding the spirit of the work flow through me. I am a fierce QueerFemme (sexuality, gender identity, and presentation) that has passing privilege in Orientation, Gender, disability, dogma, SES, and Presentation. I stand in white privilege and use it as a platform to raise oppressed voices. I use a Queer theory plus Bronfenbrenner Ecological Model foundation with a strength-based trauma-informed gender-affirming lens for both education and therapy roles. I am a certified bodyworker that incorporates a holistic lens of biopsychosocial-spiritual, sexuality, community, and career. The legacy of my work is holistically healing intergenerational trauma, which is why I am pursuing my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University, Seattle campus. Also, I am currently pursuing two additional certifications towards being a certified AASECT sex educator and therapist. I specialize in the intersection of youth/young adults, trauma, shame, gender identity, and trauma. I have helped to facilitate an LGBTQIA+ youth group since 2019 that I previously attended in my mid to late teens. I also am creating healthy relationships courses and sex education for gender-expansive neurodivergent youth. I truly believe with the right tools, sense of belonging, and self-compassion everyone can find a way to be at peace within their bodies and feel safe.

Massage

As life happens, stressors are bound to be present in a person’s life. These stressors can shake up the balance of a person’s wellbeing. This is especially true with those who have experienced some sort of trauma or impact. In my work, I identify the whole person and address the best approach to help the client settle into their body with kindness and compassion. The client tells me what they want and their body tells me what they need. I do my best to address both.

MIND, BODY, & SPIRIT

Reach a deep relaxation for positive well-being. Spa massage but better.
